User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held in Forge Chat Central, operated by Forge International Services LLC.
If you messaged a business that uses Forge Chat Central: the business you contacted controls your data. Please contact that business’s administrator to request access to or deletion of your information. Forge processes this data on the business’s behalf and acts on its instructions.
If you are a workspace administrator or account holder
You can delete contacts, conversations, and other records directly within the platform. To request deletion of an entire account and its data, contact us using the details below.
Requests we can’t route through your administrator
If your request cannot be handled by your administrator, email privacy@forgeinternational.net with the subject line “Data deletion request” and enough detail to identify the account or contact involved (for example, the business name and the phone number, email, or channel handle used). We will verify the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt and, where needed, verify your identity or authority to make the request.
- We (or the controlling business) delete or anonymize the relevant personal data, subject to any records we must retain by law.
- We confirm once the deletion is complete.
